+60 qualified appointments for private concerts & artist bookings

Leadix supported Shadow to Live, an agency specializing in events and artist production, in its prospecting efforts to establish partnerships with other players in the sector. By testing several verticals, we ended up identifying approaches with a high conversion rate, generating more than 60 qualified appointments.

Shadow to Live helps artists perform on stage by combining three areas of expertise:

- Producers: supporting artists in monetizing their music

- Bookers: organize and sell shows

- Managers: coordinate all actions to allow artists to focus only on their art

Until now, their main acquisition method was based on their network and word-of-mouth. To gain independence and structure a real commercial strategy, Shadow to Live called on Leadix to launch an outbound approach targeted at event agencies and wedding planners to offer the organization of private music shows.

We have set up several prospecting campaigns covering different countries in order to test the reactivity of the following markets:

- Francia

- United Kingdom

- United Arab Emirates

- Saudi Arabia

- Switzerland

Résultats

The first wave of campaigns generated around twenty interests. However, we quickly identified a sticking point: response management. In order to optimize the results, at Leadix, we have taken care of the processing of responses to offer quick and personalized feedback to each prospect. This approach immediately increased the appointment booking rate by 4 times.

Thanks to this first phase, we were also able to refine the profile of the ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) that were most receptive to the offer: medium-sized event agencies (10 to 50 employees). We then concentrated our outbound efforts on this target, which paid off with, at the end of the support, 61 qualified meetings generated.
