+60k€ in MRR generated in a few weeks in recruitment
Leadix supported Scale You Up, a recruitment as a service startup for high-growth companies. In 1 month, we implemented 4 campaigns and brought in more than €60k in additional monthly recurring revenue.
Contexte
Scale You Up a solution from Recruitment as a service which simplifies recruitment through a unique offer: An experienced recruiter, immersed directly in the client company. All with an all-inclusive and transparent monthly package that saves 60% of the usual recruitment costs.
When Scale You Up contacted us, the company already had prospecting campaigns in place but wanted to take it to the next level by calling on experts, that's where Leadix came in.

After analyzing the value offer, as well as the current clientele, we identified 4 targets likely to be interested in an innovative recruitment solution:
- High-growth businesses
- Businesses that hire recruiters
- Businesses that have a lot of Job posts Open
- Businesses in industries with high staff turnover
Without further ado, our data team created 4 lead files corresponding to each of these criteria, going for each target to find the right contact person, using web scraping and enrichment techniques.
Then, our copywriting team wrote sequences specific to each type of target, to best adapt the offer to their situation.
After only 2 weeks of campaigns, the most promising target could be identified and Scale You Up signed its first deal at €22k recurring per month thanks to the campaigns. After a few weeks, we brought 4 additional high ticket customers for a total of €60k in MRR.
First message on Linkedin Monday and closing on Friday on a big contract (+22k€ MRR)... that's exactly what we want!
