Up-selling on existing customers
Leadix supported Zetoolbox in order to offer their current customers a brand new offer thanks to ultra-personalized email sequences. Zetoolbox is a company that designs, develops and implements digital tools to make Belgian and French SMEs the most efficient in the world.

Contexte
Zetoolbox came into contact with the Leadix team with a challenge: to propose a new offer to its current customers. The objective: to be able to go a step further in their no-code support, to support their customers on a daily basis, and continuously, on digitalization.

Résultats
With the aim of personalization, we have chosen to differentiate approaches for customers based on the recency of their last mission with Zetoolbox. This made us determine two approaches:
- A campaign targeting customers who signed up with Zetoolbox over a year ago.
- A campaign targeting customers who signed up with Zetoolbox less than a year ago.
The objective of the separation was mainly to avoid interfering with current missions, clients signed recently.
The first campaign, focused on long-standing customers, achieved an opening rate of 83.33%, a response rate of 46.67%, and an appointment conversion rate of 40%.
The second campaign, which focused on more recent customers, received a record opening rate of 100%, a response rate of 69.57% and above all, a 60.87% appointment booking rate 🏆.
In total, several dozen Zetoolbox customers responded positively and made an appointment, which allowed the company to refine its value offer and upsell its current customers.
