+96 customers in 10 months of support
Leadix supported SBEP, a company specialized in salary optimization, with the aim of generating qualified appointments. In 10 months of support, we generated 186 qualified appointments for them, generating a total of 96 new customers.
Contexte
The SBEP, also called Société Belge d'Exemption de PréCompte, specialises in reducing wage costs for Belgian SMEs. SBEP has historically experienced strong growth thanks to an acquisition via Cold-calling. However, observing a drop in results on this main channel, the team wanted to test a new approach, via outbound campaigns.
We thus supported the SBEP in setting up an effective outbound strategy to generate as many qualified appointments as possible.

With SBEP having a well-established value offering and an existing customer base, we worked together to identify the the most relevant verticals to be targeted (industry, number of employees, etc.). In each of these verticals, we listed The qualification criteria that make a prospect an ideal prospect for the SBEP.
Then, we identified all the relevant businesses by combining government databases with our internal enrichment tools to find relevant people and their contact information.
Finally, we have iteratively implemented several campaigns (FR/NL) on multiple industries with different approaches. Based on these first campaigns, we iterated until we found a Persona-message fit effective by targeted vertical.
Once it was identified, we increased volumes.
Over 10 months of supportAnd, we touched 6756 prospects, through 48 outbound campaigns.
For these 48 campaigns, here are our average statistics:
- 4181 emails opened (61.9% open rate)
- 603 website visits (8.9%)
- 627 responses (9.3%)
- 186 opportunities generated (2.75%) 🔥
Of these 186 opportunities generated, SBEP signed a total of 96 new customers, for a total turnover generated of more than €650,000 ⚡️
