Contexte
Duckmotion is a video creation agency, specialized in 2D-3D motion design, digital marketing, social media, branding & webdesign.
Having an inbound acquisition already well in place, they wanted to implement an outbound strategy in order to increase their acquisition pipeline.
Their objective with Leadix: to double their number of qualified leads by positioning themselves on various targets, including NGOs and organizations coordinating European projects.
The particular challenge for this second target was to create a database bringing together European projects, coordinating bodies, people involved in these projects as well as their direct contact information.
They therefore called on Leadix to allow them to get in touch with these targets through several digital prospecting campaigns.

The first step was to build databases containing the information needed to target specific entities.
On the one hand, we have created a database of coordinators of European projects belonging to various programmes such as Horizon and Interreg.
On the other hand, we created the database of managers and decision-makers of the largest NGOs in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
After an in-depth analysis of these targets, various multi-channel sequences (LinkedIn + Email) were set up. The precision of targeting, the personalization of messages and the copywriting adapted to each target have generated interest rates of 2.5% for campaigns dedicated to European projects and 5.4% for campaigns focused on NGOs.
The overall rates of these campaigns are +57% email opening, +36% Linkedin acceptance and +2.6% overall interest rate for 1,100 people contacted.
