Generate more than 30 fashion showroom visits

Leadix allowed IKKS to create a database of multi-brand retailers corresponding to their target audience. An outbound campaign followed, making it possible to secure more than 30 qualified appointments, with a visit to the showroom and discovery of their new collection.

Contexte

IKKS is one of the leading brands in the fashion industry, offering Urban, Rock and Military looks for Men, Women and Children.

While the brand had a database of all French multi-brand stores selling competing brands, the brand lacked data on the BENELUX market.

It is in this context that the brand called on Leadix. First, to create an ultra-personalized database including all multi-brand women's and children's stores in the Benelux selling brands similar to the IKKS universe & set up a digital prospecting strategy to contact them and succeed in getting them to come to the showroom to discover (and order) their new collection.

The objective was to invite multi-brand stores in the Benelux to come and discover the IKKS summer 2024 collection in their showroom.

Conversion into a visit (and orders) of the new collection in a showroom.

Résultats

The objective being to be able not only to identify multi-brand stores, but also and above all to target only retailers of pre-selected brands (in the same spirit as the IKKS universe), we developed a script to identify all of these stores and validate the presence of at least one competing brand on their website.

We then enriched all of these stores with their contact data. We then contacted all of these stores through 4 ultra-personalized mailing sequences, in French and Dutch.

1221 stores matching our criteria have been identified. Based on this, 692 (57%) interacted with our messages, 165 (13.51%) exchanges were generated, and 31 interests (2.54%) for a showroom visit were obtained. The campaign has thus enabled IKKS to expand its dealer base in the BENELUX, as well as to develop a database of all stores in its universe, which can be relaunched at the end of each new collection.
